Founded in 1997, this website is dedicated to everything related to Chinese food. Feel free to take a look at some of the media coverage we've received.

About Ian Fenn

Ian Fenn's writing has appeared in Time Out, BBC Good Food and Restaurant magazine. He is the former editor and producer of the website for the television channel UKTV Food. He qualified in Professional Chinese Cookery at Westminster Kingsway College in London and is currently studying Cantonese Cookery under the Chinese master chef Ringo Lo.
